BIOGRAPHY
Nicola Dawn Brook grew up in Manchester, England. She became a professional actor at the age of 14 when she performed in The Little Matchgirl with Roger Daltrey (The Who). At 17, she began touring with musical theatre companies.
Her big break came at 21, when she was selected from hundreds of thousands of girls to play the role of Lola in the London West End production of Barry Manilow’s Copacabana, a role that changed her life. She moved to London and never looked back.
She first visited Canada in 1996 when she was invited to join Cirque du Soleil’s production of Saltimbanco. After the tour, she returned to the UK to continue her career, and in 2007 she toured with them again, where she met her future husband.
In 2012, she immigrated to Quebec, where she continued her career, landing roles in numerous productions such as Les Belles Sœurs: The Musical, Kinky Boots, and Mamma Mia!
